He executes a CIA agent and an unnamed Russian source in Berlin, stealing both the money and the files, and deliberately leaves Bourne's fingerprints at the scene to frame him for the murders. Following Gretkov's orders, Kirill travels to Goa to kill Bourne, successfully shooting Marie Kreutz instead. He later tracks Bourne to Moscow, where he wounds him but is ultimately defeated when Bourne forces his vehicle into a concrete divider, leaving Kirill seriously wounded. Kirill chases him, but Bourne forces Kirill's vehicle into a concrete divider, leaving him seriously wounded. Gretkov is arrested with Landy watching.
